This page removes JSFiddle’s iframe noise. Use the preset buttons to put the same editor into the exact DOM states you described, then dictate with DMO and copy either the page log or the browser console back to me.

If you prefer the exact state from your app, set Preset: Styled Span, click inside the editor, press Cmd/Ctrl+A, delete, then dictate. Compare that with Preset: Empty Root.
